Six months to the day after his last home game as a Ranger, Josh Hamilton returned Friday to Arlington, wearing the gray No. 32 jersey of the rival Los Angeles Angels.

Boos and taunts cascaded upon Hamilton.
“It probably hurts a little bit more to know that people would just turn that quickly,” said Hamilton, who is off to a 1-for-16 start as an Angel. “You know, to think that they kind of supported you, as far as personally, [my] story, things like that. But it just tells you a lot.”
