Dallas Stars centre Mike Ribeiro wasn't in a talking mood Monday following his Sunday night arrest for public intoxication.

"It's my personal life and I'd like to keep it like that," Ribeiro told ESPNDallas.comfollowing practice. "It's not a good situation and I want to keep it personal right now and concentrate on hockey."

Ribeiro and three others were arrested at a Dallas restaurant following an altercation with another group of patrons. Ribeiro said the incident was not "a big thing."

"I wish there were cameras there and you could have seen what happened. I guess a lot of people would have a different opinion about what happened," Ribeiro said.

General manager Joe Nieuwendyk said the Stars will look into the incident.
