I got destroyed too... The scoring for my league is adjusted to allow receivers to have more value than RB's, and I ended up going against Boldin and Calvin Johnson... I'm down 181.5 to 109.6 with him still having Barber and the Philly TE to go...
Unless Westbrook gets me 100+ points, I'm screwed
This league scores really high btw. We had three teams that scored 160 plus this week.
Edit: Oh yeah, losing Andre Johnson to Ike didn't help...

Is there something wrong with J. Addai? player in my league just cut him, should i pick him up?
I know he didn't look good in week one but I think that had more to do with Bears just having an awesome defence this year.
The Colts O-Line isn't very good right now due to injury, so thats hurting him, but get him and hold him for a few more weeks, then when the O-Line either melds together, or gets their starters back, he will be back to where he was.

Well I have Addai, L Johnson, & B. Edwards who for the most part have looked awful so far (at least there is still hope for 2 of the 3). Calvin Johnson helped me eek out a win this week. At least I have Jonathan Stewart, Eddie Royal, and Kevin Smith on the bench ready to get some work in the weeks to come. AND, I picked up Laveranues Coles and Darren Sproles off the waiver wire today.
Anyone hear anything about Dallas Clark? He is available on waivers...
Hes hurt and didn't play this Sunday, but I think hes probably going to be probable for next week.
So far, hes got 1 reception for 8 yards, but I don't know how many snaps he got in week 1.
If he gets healthy, I would think he would be a safe pickup, with the Colts iffy O-Line right now, Manning is going ot need a reliable target, and Clark can play that role.
If you pick him up, I don't know if I would start him just yet, but it depends on who else you've got at TE.

I dont know who you current starting TE is, but I would pick up Dallas Clark, he should be back next week with limited playing, then full steam the week after.
It just doesn't look like he has it this year. I have Addai, J Stew and K Smith so I'm kinda OK. I'm afraid if I don't do it now his value will be zilch. I'm looking for players that have underperformed so far and can be had for value.
Players to try and acquire:
WRs
Housh
Harrison (LT owner, I could throw in Sproles)
Bobby Engram (injured)
Jerricho Cotchery
Donald Driver
RBs
Julius Jones (LT owner, I could throw in Sproles)
Jamal Lewis
Brandon Jacobs (NYG)
I had an interesting weekend. I was down 20 points with most of the games coming to a close and only Dal K Folk left to play. RB Graham had a 68 yard TD with 3 mins left and WR Royal had late TD and 2pt conversion. Then Folk puts up 14 points and I win by 10.
As for Addai I am trying to pick him up but he is on the wavier list and i'm last on the list so probably won't get him, i will know tomorrow.

I don't think you're not gonna get much value for LJ right now. Unless you have some idiots in your league willing to deal for LJ, wait til he hits the 100 yard mark.
except for the 'fumble', DeSean Jackson so far is the real deal.
other than a select few like Westbrook and if you count A Peterson, rookie RBs are kicking veterans butts all over the place.
I hate Mike Shanahan and his RB platoons.
Brandon Marshall is a friggin stud.

Would you consider trading J Stew and K Winslow (TEs/WRs interchangeable) to acquire Willis McGahee and Marques Colston?

I was wrong......L.J. is done being a fantasy stud
NYG D is still very studly
Chad Johnson is done (again, I was wrong)
Watch out for Jake Delhome (he gets steve smith back and there going up against a horrible pass defense in Minny in wk 3)
Matt Cassell is a legitimate QB "filler"
Forte is the real deal (I don't think that Michael Turnner is)
Minny's QB sux
T.O. is gonna have a HUGE yr

Colston is hurt still I believe, so he might not help you out immediately.

Depends, how bad are you hurting at RB and how deep is your WR core?
At WR, I have Calvin Johnson, Braylon Edwards, Eddie Royal, Laveranues Coles, & may pick up Reggie Brown again. I think I'd be OK in the short run w/o Winslow and golden once Colston is back.
At RB, I have Addai, J Stew, K Smith, Sproles, and the putrid LJ. So Addai is a must play and K Smith and J Stew (or McGahee) are matchup plays.
