Lakers coach may take sabbatical for a year or two

http://www.suntimes.com/output/baske...t-nbant15.html

PHIL'S FUTURE: Phil Jackson's contract expires after the season, and his agent has a hunch about Jackson's next move if the Lakers don't re-sign their coach.

''He'll probably take a sabbatical for a year or two just like he did when he resigned from the Bulls,'' agent Todd Musburger said.

A year after leaving the Bulls, Jackson signed a five-year, $30 million deal with the Lakers. Owner Dr. Jerry Buss broke off negotiations with Jackson in February and said he'd wait until after the season to resume talks.

Jackson was once good for the Lakers but they just don't listen to him anymore. And he doesn't listen to them either, they asked for the chance to win by changing the starting line-up and he wouldn't do it. C-ya PJ

Bye Phil, don't let the door hit you where the sun don't shine.

Throughout 90% of this season I would agree with you but he does know the triangle and he is healthy. He didn't play badly in the last game ....
