Lakerfans are in full melt down mode

Wow suicide hotline is ringing off the hook after this loss.

BTW it's Stern's conspiracy to make Detroit the champs.

Their website is melting down from too much traffic. I don't have time to wait 30 seconds each for new page loads.

One great thread is titled:

"I am going on a massive killing spree"

This is great its like poetic justice seeing the Lakers going down and knowing they will be dismantled next year. It eases the pain over the .4 bs now just knowing they will be lottery bound for many years its great.

Kobe's laughing and joking with reporters. I say he's already gone in his mind. Maybe RC should take advantage of it and talk to him after the draft

its a shame that sometimes this place is as biopolar as the next fan forum...

I wouldnt give up if I was a Laker fan, sure game 5 could be a tough win, but going home for the last two games is a plus, and who knows what can happen...they still have shaq and kobe...so anythings possible

I really hope DET just own them again, they clearly are playing better!

but its a joke that laker fans talk about conspiracies...0.4* 29? free throws in the 4th against Sac game 6...plenty of other "dodgy" calls going their way....

If LG's bad now, imagine what it will be like when/if the Pistons win game 5, 6, 7.

Well said, I'm certainly not giving up on the Lakers. I'm concerned, but I still believe that they can do it.

Laker fans giving us (spurs) credit, and thought we would beat this Detroit team, and would rather see us win instead of them, and are embarrased that they represented the WCF this way.

Very true

This board was that way after we lost-Still can be to an certain extent. The big thing is this- Detroit lost Game 2 in overtime and DID NOT fold-we had the Lakers and we let off the hook. Championship teams OVERCOME heartbreak and go on to victory-we are seeing that right now.

But the best quote I saw on LG.net was this one-from a moderator no less.JD said the below words

Quote:
I've been a fan for 24 years. I've seen my share of crappy basketball, lack of effort, etc, etc, etc...

What you are witnessing is a complete and blatant abuse of power by Stern and his henchmen.

This will be my final year as a fan.

24 years... right down the crapper.

Wow - Lakers were really complaining like never before - this from their fan fav Doc Rivers. I think it's time to just give the Pistons credit - they are a better team and if the Lakers win - it will be because the Pistons felt generous. Phil looked like he was crying while wiping his glasses late in the game.

It was lousy officiating, but it was bad for both teams, Kobe got hacked and hammered for 3 qtrs and then in the 4th no one could touch him. And the refs have no respect for Rasheed, he gets a bunch of ticky tacky fouls. And that offensive goal tending by Malone, dang, but hey the Pistons won and the lakers lost, let them cry, that's how it goes down. I don't feel sorry for them the way the refs swalloed their whistles when they began to pummel tony Parker and anyone who entered the paint for two series, now that they are not getting to spots so quickly they aren't getting those calls. I hope it stays this way, and that the Pistons can pull it out, I don't even want to think about this series going back to LA.

the difference is that Spurs fans had a legitimate gripe. Pendejo Faker fans are just making excuses. Not a surprise, they take after the teams attitude.
They get what they deserve!!

Lakers fans are crying about the free throw disparity. They weren't crying in thefirst three rounds when they had the advantages:
