What happened to Marcus Williams?

I have lost track of Marcus Williams. Does anyone know where he went? I was thinking when Parker was unable to play and Hill got in foul trouble, how handy it would have been to have Marcus Williams come off the bench to fill in, instead of pressing RJM into service as a point guard.

Where have you been bills0?

Williams was waived and never made it past the training camp. Obviously, Pop and his coaching staff preferred Bogans or Hairston over Williams. And Marcus is most likely headed to Europe.

You don't understand. I know he was waived by the Spurs. What I want to know is where he went. Which team did he end up with, if any? Europe is a likely place, but it could be that he has retired or gone into the D-League as well. Does anyone know?

I just checked NBA.com and it says he is on the Memphis Grizzlies.

That is a different Marcus Williams. He played his college ball at Conneticut. The Spurs' Marcus Williams played at Arizona.

I saw him at Discount tire on 281 Hill Country Village a couple of weeks ago. He was with his girl and tricked out ride.

Marcus Williams is a grad student of The Antoine Walker School of Living. He'll go broke soon at this pace.
