Just one more borderline basket case for Artest to work his mind tricks on.

Even thinking that in one hand this is good for the Lakers and i still find suspicious that Odom got no real offers, on the other hand Odom taking minutes from Artest can only bring more messto Artest´s head.

Was there really any doubt that he'd resign with them?

Aren't the Lakes up to 115 million dollars in payroll and luxury taxes with Odom back on board?

Sweet, nothing craps out a team and limits flexibility than the luxury tax. I believe the Lakers now have the highest payroll in the NBA and they won't be repeating.

I wish I could make book on it in Vegas now with the odds still high. It's s sure thing.

It's a "Lakers sucker's bet".

JWest = Nostradamus.

You know if you are accurate on your sports predictions you could be a multi-millionaire, right?

The lakers are going to be long and huge..but the Spurs have better perimeter players as a whole...so hopefully that can help them compete.

Big surprise! Like most did not know he would resign there and was just seeing what he could get. No other team would put up that money and he loves it there, why would he leave?

man, they're already at $84.6 million without Odom, so their payroll's gonna end up like $93 million! what's the salary cap this year? so they'll be paying like $23 mil in luxury tax... well, at least they're gettin something for their money, considering the knicks used to have like a $120mil payroll while they completely sucked.

Could be a sign and trade situation arising if this comes to fruition.

So could you. Right?

Artest + Kobe = biggest disappointment since the 04 four future hall-of-famers team.
