Attainable contributors not named Vince/Roscoe/Miller

I am so tired of hearing about these trades that would bolster yet deplete our roster.
Vince Carter should be out of the question, Rasheed sounds like he is only wishful thinking for us and Brad Miller is fantasy backup plan.
Any other ideas on attainable character guys we can bring in this week?

How about Channing Frye?
As a rookie the dude averaged 12 points 6 rebounds in 24 mpg over 60+ games.
Give him 30 mpg and let him go to work rebounding, altering shots and spreading the floor.

To get him package Udoka and a filler. Portland has already expressed interest in wanting Ime back. We don't utilize him and Portland is loaded with bigs, so why not?

Young talented teams on the rebuilding path don't want to ship out young and promising guys (Marc) for over the hill guys who don't produce much and are more valuable in our system than they would be in any other system.

CHeck this out guys. Remember we would Hairston and would subsequently call up Pops-B. Mahimni, like Bynum, may be back in a Spurs uniform before the playoffs. It should not be that far-fetched since his injury was less severe calling for a shorter recovery period than Bynum's. Check out this trade I did:
