Can you guys help out the rest of us who are technically challenged?

I always enjoy seeing the different graphics that fans have in their postings--the photois, the logos next to their names, etc.

Is there anyone who can tell the rest of technically challenged fans who can barely do more than send an e-mail how to do any of these things?

Go to Quick Links at the top of the page and click on edit avatar. You can then choose images from your own computer.
