In case you were wondering.......

.......the Spurs would have homecourt advantage if we faced the Heat in the Finals.

I know how concerned everyone was about this issue last year.

That is all.

Yes, I love the way they keep saying that the Spurs would have home court advantage until the Finals - like it's a sure thing that Detroit will be there. The Colts were a sure thing for the Super Bowl, too. And I am quite aware that the Spurs are not a sure thing either.

What about an act of Congress? Say, if bill 942boogerA-54 was passed, and in subsection 326-E of provision R69, dependent on 'rules and regulations hereto for', it stated that "in the situations described in subsection 242WeLikeShaq-R27 the professional sports basketball team from Miami, hereafter referred to as the 'Heat', shall in these situations retain homecourt advantage unless clause ARJ-42 is in effect."

Not so clear as you once thought is it?

You didn't notice the rider tacked on to that bill that would have allowed wealthy homosexuals to get HUGE tax breaks by marrying each other so with solid bi-partisan opposition that bill never made it out of committee.
