yeah big time, he doesnt do the little turn around jumper on the baseline either. that has been gone for a long time. but he really doesnt have a hook shot. he's more of a face you kind of player. id like to see a post quick hook or baby hook. get rid of those double and triple teams, sometimes he tends to wait to damn long while facing

He is reading the defense and trying to figure out where to go next. If he spots someone cheating off then he can make the pass. Sometimes the defense collapses hard and fast, other times they wait for him to make a move.
But I agree that he hasn't been using some of his other shots. He also hasn't been getting the ball as often. TP has been reading the defense also, that is how he is able to penetrate into the lane for all of his layups. Same thing with Manu.

what abou this bank shot, he has ahd a couple in the last few games but for the better part of the year it has been almost non existant.

I cant explain why he's abandoned the bank shot. Injuries? no. Players beating him to his favorite spots? More likely.
