What about PJ?

So is he through looking for a head coaching position?

Probably.

At least for now.

It's too bad really, I was hoping something would work out for him.

He's a quality individual who deserves to be a Head Coach again.

Everyone's waiting for the Larry Brown domino to fall. Once that happens there will be a slew of hirings and PJ could get back into the mix.

I can't for the life of me figure out why this guy is being looked over for a head coaching job. To me it seems the "Sprewell" stigma has never left PJ since that day. Regardless, I'm glad the dude is sticking around. Another option is maybe he doesn't WANT to leave! Maybe he realizes he has a good thing in SA...Imagine that!

i think that's it. it's really sad that spree was the wrong one and got another chance. coaches yell at players. that's how it goes. the coaches that don't get thrown to the curb in a hurry. if spree hadn't had any talent, the carlisimo would have worked a long time ago instead of spree.

but the really sad thing is the spurs were talking about getting spree even with carlisimo on the bench. it just doesn't make any sense how people get so much money but they are frozen on such an obvious decision.
