Anyone else hear the Knicks might want Parker?

Did anyone else hear a rumor (supposed to be printed or reported somewhere) that the Knicks have spoken to the Spurs about a Parker/Rasho for Stephon Marbury trade?

A friend in NY insists the media there have reported it.

It takes two to tango, not just one side making an offer.

is peter vescey making things up again? Plus that trade would make too much sense for the knicks for isiah to even think about it.

This doesn't make sense at all.
Parker is such a bad player, let alone Rasho.
I cannot understand why Isiah would do that.

That'd be a steal for the Spurs...
DO IT!

Every time Isiah makes a phone call, he leaks it to the media, it seems, even if the other side just laughs at him and hangs up the phone.

There's at least one topic about this particular trade. For instance this one:
http://www.spursreport.com/forums/sh...ad.php?t=37842 (Marbury for Rasho and Tony would you do it?)

I'm sure there's several players Isiah wants. Problem for Isiah is that he doesn't have any players that anyone else wants at the price that they're getting paid.

Anything is possible with Thomas and his out of control bid to attempt to create an instant contender.
