Hey...how big is Goomba's? Is it a real cool place to watch a Spurs game? How early do you have to be there and is it expensive? Sorry for all the questions, I live in Austin, but I was thinking of driving down to watch a game there cuz I've heard so much about it on the radio. GO SPURS GO!!!!!!! |

I'll be at the Palace, in a duncan jersey, and I don't go there to get embarrassed. I wanted to get tickets for san antonio games, but couldn't find tickets, but since detroit is closer than san antonio I'll go there. I'll take pictures, and if we win and pistons fans don't kill me or flunch me with beer, I'll post them. GO SPURS GO (I bought an airplane ticket and tickets for the game on my student budget just to go and support these guys,if we lose am I kick some azz )

Not as big as Fatso's. Not $$$$. I don't know about times...I would imagine a TON of folks will be there around 6, becuase one of the radio guys is doing some show as well from there. Call them tomorrow, and they will set you straight. Have fun. GSG!!!

at my parents for a BBQ.......being Father's Day and all........ Buffalo Wild Wings is a nice place to watch the game over in the Forum in front of the theater off of I35 heading to Austin. Huge projection screens on every wall, plenty of room if you get there at a reasonable amount of time before the game. I know it's on the opposite end of town from Fatsos, but it's much cleaner, nicer and the food is better.......of course, I can think of a number of fast food joints that has better food than Fatsos. |
