2017 Players Voice Award Winners

I guess I turned the ball over here, I should have listed all of the other individual Voice awards as well. Here they are:

Here's a rundown of each of all the individual awards handed out:

Best Rookie: Malcolm Brogdon

Comeback Player Of The Year: Joel Embiid

Best Off The Bench: Lou Williams

Best Defender: Kawhi Leonard

Hardest To Guard: Russell Westbrook

The Player You Secretly Wish Was On Your Team: LeBron James

Truthfully, I think if he were still playing, TD would have taken the 'best dressed' category, hands down, because he's always been a snazzy dresser.

The awards themselves or the category?? If it's the category, that may be a little extreme. The NBA has been about fashion and self expression when it comes to fashion dating back to Walt "Clyde" Frazier, Bill Walton and continued through MJ and now players of today. . Even coaches were fashion conscious. Daly, Riley, Larry Brown (NBA and ABA days) and while perhaps unintentional, Dr. Jack Ramsey used to rock the wide collar shirts and checkered bell-bottom pants back in the 70's. It seems you see the consciousness of overall fashion much more prevalent in the NBA then any of the other major sports. Not a new thing at all but Russell's choices can be out there at times.
