Spurs won't be able to get over the 30-40 bogus foul calls that will be given to Durant and Westbrook.

The refs are definitely a serious concern imo... The Thunder are flirting with 40 ft attempts every game.

I hate how this so called experts base their prediction solely on OKC being more athletic. Really?
So forget about coaching, experience, bench play, a balanced offense. It's all about how high you can jump.

Most are picking the Thunder because it's rare for a team that went 0-4 against another team in the regular season to win a playoff series against that team. But what isn't figured into that is injuries, back to backs, those 4 games in 6 nights, etc. Also, they are betting that the Spurs aren't going to game plan against anything.

I'm more concerned about Leonard getting 3 fouls in 60 seconds since you cannot even get within 3 feet of Durant.

It may not be as much of a problem at home. When the Spurs play in OKC - it's going to be extremely difficult to win a game because of this.

I'm almost looking forward to when the Spurs are rebuilding because the NBA is almost becoming unwatchable.

Now that Ibaka is out, our path to the finals may have gotten a bit easier.

I predicted spurs 5 before Ibaka's injury and I am sticking with it, OKC hasn't show me anything to like be scare of them, they barely beat Memphis a team with NO SHOOTERS, Clipps because of ginobili(sorry) a chris paul moment of just deciding to turnover the ball and make mistakes a la manu last year (otherwise) clips win this serie. Spurs are better with or without ibaka

Well, Heat just beat Brooklyn. So this could be a trend

And it is still not easy, they made their huge run against the Clippers with him out. Refs love that team, period.

NBA Playoff Schedule 2014: Bracket, TV Info and Preview for Conference Finals | Bleacher Report

While I know that this is nothing more than a printing error The Bleacher Report shows the following schedule ...

2014 NBA Playoffs TV Info, Western Conference Finals
Game Away Home Date Time (ET) TV
1 Oklahoma City Thunder San Antonio Spurs May 19 9 p.m. TNT
2 Oklahoma City Thunder San Antonio Spurs May 21 9 p.m. TNT
3 San Antonio Spurs Oklahoma City Thunder May 25 8:30 p.m. TNT
4 San Antonio Spurs Oklahoma City Thunder May 27 9 p.m. TNT
5 Oklahoma City Thunder San Antonio Spurs May 29 9 p.m. TNT
6 San Antonio Spurs Oklahoma City Thunder May 31 8:30 p.m. TNT
7 Oklahoma City Thunder San Antonio Spurs June 2 9 p.m. TNT
NBA.com, *if necessary

2014 NBA Playoffs TV Info, Eastern Conference Finals
Game Away Home Date Time (ET) TV
1 Miami Heat Indiana Pacers May 18 3:30 p.m. ABC
2 Miami Heat Indiana Pacers May 20 8:30 p.m. ESPN
3 Indiana Pacers Miami Heat May 24 8:30 p.m. ESPN
4 Indiana Pacers Miami Heat May 26 8:30 p.m. ESPN
5* Miami Heat Indiana Pacers May 28 8:30 p.m. ESPN
6* Indiana Pacers Miami Heat May 30 8:30 p.m. ESPN
7* Miami Heat Indiana Pacers June 1 8:30 p.m. ESPN
NBA.com, *if necessary

As is customary these schedules always show asterisks for games 5,6,and 7 along with the following explanation for them " NBA.com, * if necessary " but, if you look closely at the Spurs,OKC schedule the * for games 5,6, and 7 are not there . Hmm , an error , a coincidence, a prediction ... You be the judge .... LOL !!!

That is the schedule.

Aside from me dying to watch some basketball between the 22nd and the 24th, I think this helps our guys get some rest.

Healthy Ibaka... Thunder in 6
Injured Ibaka... Spurs in 7

I know Spurs have the best road record in the league but I don't see them closing out the Thunder in OKC. Chesapeake Arena almost makes the old HemisFair look tame...ALMOST.

I won't say the Thunder will win but those bogus foul calls are going to be very real and the Spurs will have to play team ball to overcome them.

I predict Westbrook will throw away at least one game for OKC because he just can't bring himself to share the ball with Durant with the game on the line.

From the Vault, not too off-topic.
Charles Barkley and Scott Brooks teammates 1989-1990 76ers.

I'd like nothing less than a sweep with the Spurs being this deep a team but will be ok if we win in 5.
