Is 6-9, SF Devin Ebanks worth a look?

Dallas waived him today. Good length and defensive minded. But could use Chip England's shot coaching?

If Dallas cut him but signed and kept Dejuan Blair, I say we bypass Ebanks and move on. IMHO.

reading his draft analisys and news, even if regresed last year, has potential to be 15th man on the roster... just to give kawhi looks against long defenders (practice dummy) since on the roster only green present obstacle to him (some to short, and the others to slow to kawhi)

I feel that anyone that is worth a spot in a playoffs rotation is already on a team. A backup SF likely only comes if another team agrees to a trade or players are waived near the trade deadline. Even if there was a decent free agent out there, the Spurs only have about $700,000 or so.
