Anyone know if Nocioni is still serviceable?

The grumblings around SR is that we need a formidable back up SF. I remember reading that the Spurs were very interested in bringing in Nocioni right before deciding on T-Mac for the playoff run. Anyone know about Nocioni's status or situation? Can he still provide what we need at the 3 spot?

He resigned with his Spanish team Laboral in June for one more year so he's not available without a huge buyout.

Oh ok. I remember something about him signing with a Euro club. Thanks for the info.

I don't think we have any money even for him, but his Italian League stats suggest he's... serviceable, I guess. At least he *is* a SF, which is an improvement over our current backup SF.

Money wouldn't matter for a vet min. guy, then the cap is irrelevant.
