Tiago Tells Brazil He's Not Available

He's told the Brazilian federation that he can't play this summer because he's going to be recuperating... :applause:applause
BRA - Plenty of power but no Tiago

Hey Manu, just think if you'd done the same thing and taken the time to actually get well, who knows maybe you wouldn't have broken down so consistently over the past few years.

Good... he needs to seriously hit the weight room and basketball gym to work on his game.

You're going to get an Argentine on your doorstep for saying that.

I've been saying the same thing for years. Manu's stubbornness has cost the Spurs in the playoffs.

Hopefully Tiago's working with Chip to develop an 8' jump shot.

For 40 million be best be working on more than that. That sorry ass hook shot, upper body strength, vertical. He can shoot a free throw, needs a 12-15 jumper! Some post moves and a more NASTY!

Let's bring back the Kareem sky hook? Splitter already has he's version of a shake & bake under the basket when he goes with his left hand, but he needs a hook, with a little height to make him dangerous. Worth a shot.

Strange that a lot of Brazil players do not play all the time for their country by Manu & company play even though they know they need to chill out but still play regardless.
