2013 NBA Summer League Schedule

For those who are interested, here is the 2013 NBA Summer League schedule with 22 teams participating. The link at the bottom will take you to the supporting story and the same game schedule on nba.com. Yes, our Spurs will be participating. Teams will compete in three preliminary round games from July 12-16 before being seeded in a tournament running through the Championship Game on July 22. Each team is guaranteed to play at least five games. The article states NBA-TV will televise a full slate of games and publish a viewing schedule at a later date. When they do publish it I will post it, unless someone sees and posts it before me. More Spurs basketball just around the corner gang. --- alh1020

Here is the link to the NBA-TV broadcast schedule and the summer league games in Las Vegas. Just a note, there are also NBA summer league games being played in Orlando beginning 7 July, running through 12 July. You can find those games on this schedule as well. Just a heads-up, NBA-TV also has on their schedule summer league games from the past, if you're interested. Enjoy.

I think Suddenlink needs to catch up. If you know some folks who subscribe to that cable system, have them write individual letters to Suddenlink asking for additional programming (be specific which networks) and if Suddenlink gets enough inputs, particularly for one network, they might have their management staff consider adding it. It's worth a shot, never can tell.

I found a few sites that were streaming the scheduled games on NBA-TV as we speak. You need to check the viewing schedule on the NBA-TV website that I provided above to see which teams are playing at the time.

That would work too. You might even get more stations to boot. Good luck.

Summer League: Dexter Pittman to play on Spurs? squad
Pittman is a 25-year old 6’11” center who has spent time with the Miami Heat, Memphis Grizzlies, and has had his share of playing in the NBA D-League.

His most consistent time in the NBA was the 2011-2012 season with the Heat where he played in 35 games averaging 3 points, 2 rebounds, and shot 47% from the field in 8.6 minutes per game.

With the Spurs’ active roster set to be at 14 players once NBA contracts are allowed to be signed after July 10, the competition for earing the final 15th spot will be stiff for the group of players representing San Antonio in Las Vegas.

Other reported players who will join Pittman on the San Antonio roster include guard Nando De Colo, 2010 draftee Ryan Richards, 2012 draftee Marcus Denmon, Durand Scott out of the University of Miami, and one would predict the 58th pick for the Spurs in the 2013 draft, Deshaun Thomas.

Didn't Pittman leave UT early and have a weight problem? Haven't heard much from him in a while. Probably should have stayed in school.

He lost 100 lbs and still has a weight problem. I hope no one gets hurt in the paint. It won't be pretty.

unless they have changed very recently, dish does not carry Lea gue pass, DIRECTV does. Many other sports package short falls with vs DIRECTV.
