TMAC's diet and he should lose some weight

I think TMAC should lose some weight and change his diet so he can return to his ALL STAR form.:sarcasm

you might be sarcastic on it, but the main issue is/was his knees. ask TD how much the weight has hindered him. he's at 225lbs, have him drop 20lbs or so and there'll be a big difference (just like TD).

are you saying he's done? because he just might lose weight and play better....you know.....like TD.

by the way as someone with 2 previously hurt knees, 10lbs lighter helps you move better. 20lbs+ lighter makes a hell of a lot of difference on everything.

What does Tmac want to do next season? If he wants to play in the NBA, he should go for the Duncan Diet. So should Diaw.

Hell, me too !

TMAC is done as an NBA player diet or not.

TD's free throw % was an all time high this season. Maybe all the extra weight caused him to miss the last few years?????????????
