Weren't we supposed to be a good offensive team?

Despite all the hot shooting and everything I've been hearing the Warriors only scored 100 points and we managed to keep them under 40 points for the whole second half.

During the regular season we averaged more than 25 assists per game and assisted on almost 65% of our made shots.
During the First Round we averaged almost 24 assists and assisted on 57% of our made shots.
First game against Golden State we had 26 assists and assisted on 56% of our made shots.
Last game we had 14 assists on 35 made shots which means only 40% of our made shots were assisted.

Yes, our defense needs a lot of improvement as well, but we still didn't play "Spurs basketball" on offense (or at least the type that we've seen so far this year with ball movement).

make no mistake about it, the warriors are damn fine team. they are making everything difficult for the spurs. Don't discount the warriors D. The spurs didnt help themselves by missing wide open shots, but thats always going to happen. The warriors d is no joke.

You are right, They are the ones playing Spur Ball.

Warriors "d" ranked third this season is field goal % allowed. We were fourth.

Warriors are opening alot of eyes. Sort of a run BMC reincarnation. Gotta believe they are going to have an off night at some point.

They look great right now out there on D, shutting down Parkers lanes etc. The more we settle for Jumpers the more we seem to play right into their hands. It is what it is.

The Spurs do not have role players who have a history of hitting long range shots in the playoffs. The sooner they recognize this, the better.
