Bring Back PJ!!!
Who's with me. We can use PJ on our staff, especially if Mike is leaving

seriously doubt Bud is leaving, especially to a horrible situation like Detroit.

clovisnmspurfan 05-05-13 07:36 PM

ditto Jose

Yes I think he comes back if he does not get another gig.

what about now, since bud is gone...let's bring back PJ

Maybe it's just me, but, why?

What does he bring that the Spurs are missing?

he hasn't done good while coaching teams with expectations. i'd take him on the staff, but Pop needs to groom a new mind with a mix of what the Spurs want to do (i.e. what he was trying with Bud).

You know what...I immediately thought about bringing PJ as soon as I heard coach Bud hired in Atlanta.

That would be a Great decision.

Today on ESPN PJ was interviewed to give his opinion on the WEST Conf Champs

Now PJ admits he has changed his mindset. He said as the commentator asked him about Tony Parker that Pop is right about Tony Parker being one of the best PG's in the league. PJ added that he could not disagree with Pop anymore that got him in trouble when he left Spurs and he gives Pop the total ok now. Guess PJ is wanting now to come to SA...:D

Bring PJ back!

I dont mind PJ coming back with Bud gone. Bring it on!

I once heard that if you want to be like your Grandpa, don't go there using his hat, go to the store and buy your own hat to use.

I think that now that Bud is gone, Pop has to bring out someone new instead of trying to get back PJ. Both the team and the players have changed a lot since PJ was gone so I would like to see Pop finding another "gem" in his coaching staff to replace Bud instead of trying to get PJ back.

While PJ was nice while he was here, don't see a lot of upside to bringing him back. Personally I think he needs to go coach in college.

pf and pop disagreed?
