If you hear a person start a conversation by buttering you up, then you better be aware because the conversation is going to take a 180 degree turn in a heartbeat after that phrase is finished. After hearing this tirade, I got to thinking that ESPN's Stephen A Smith does have some valid points about the San Antonio Spurs' 2012 playoff run. Click HERE to watch the video

Spurs may be atop the power rankings but that doesn't necessarily make them the best team or favorite to be the champion. $

"NBA.com's Power Rankings are just one man's opinion and are released every Monday during the season. If you've got an issue with the rankings, or have a question or comment for John Schuhmann, contact him via twitter." 1 San Antonio (38-11) The Spurs remember last year's playoff run more than Smith ever will. They know what they don't want to repeat. Last edited by Spurd_On; 02-06-13 at 03:03 PM. |

And I got issues with Stephen A Smith. Every time he opens his mouth, we need to turn the A/C up to flush out all the hot air.
