Spurs Recall Kawhi Leonard | THE OFFICIAL SITE OF THE SAN ANTONIO SPURS  SAN ANTONIO – The San Antonio Spurs today announced that they have recalled Kawhi Leonard from the Austin Toros of the NBA Development League. The forward, who has been sidelined with quadriceps tendinitis, left knee since Nov. 17, was sent to the Toros for a medical rehab assignment on Wednesday. Prior to the injury, Leonard appeared in nine games for the Silver and Black, averaging 10.6 points, 5.4 rebounds and 2.00 steals in 28.9 minutes.

He practiced once or twice with Toros... Great to hear this because this Leonard is soooooooooooooooo Missed!  when Leonard is in the starting lineup it brings the best out in Green.... Just my observation!  Leonard is not only missed on D, but also his corner KEY Threes were missing!!

and hustle stats.....no one on the Spurs "hustles" more than Kawhi. I brings the energy that the Spurs are really lacking right now.

Yep! Yep! No doubt Kawhi's hustles too. Leonard makes the Spurs game very interesting!  Now we have both Kawhi + Captain Jack back!!!! I feel safer on Spurs D and easier on Spurs O too!! Let's hope Kawhi will stay healthy and keep it up!
