Late in the Thunder’s win over the Lakers on Friday, Metta World Peace and Serge Ibaka got tangled up while battling for rebound position inside. Both players received technical fouls, a few words were exchanged, and that was that. But another NBA player watching from afar sided with World Peace, and had some strong words for Ibaka that he made public via his Twitter account. From Stephen Jackson of the San Antonio Spurs: ![]() That’s a photo of the tweet taken from SBNation, who embedded it earlier. Jackson has since deleted it, but he’s not pretending that it never existed. Jackson wanted to make it clear that his issue with Ibaka was a personal one, and that he wasn’t simply coming to the defense of his former teammate from his days in Indiana, “FYI my Ibaka comment had nothing to do with Ron Artest,” Jackson wrote, and then posted to his Instagram page. “Last 2 times we played he ran up on me and I told him in the game next time u run up on me I’m going in ya mouth. I’m speaking for myself. For u all who wanna jump to conclusions.” This is a very long-winded way of saying that Stephen Jackson appeared to use his social media accounts to threaten Serge Ibaka. The league could of course fine Jackson for this, if in fact they can determine exactly what the phrase “going in ya mouth” means. It doesn’t sound pleasant, that’s for sure, and should Jackson get into it with Ibaka on the court when the Spurs and the Thunder next meet on Dec. 17, whatever ends up taking place will now be viewed as premeditated on Jackson’s part, to say the least. | Uwe -- can't help you there. My Google street slang translator couldn't find a reference. I probably shouldn't have posted this thread when I found it. Hope the Commissioner doesn't dress in drag and hit the streets to find the defintion.

SJax needs to heal and get on the court, he gets in trouble when he's bored.

It almost sounds like he's warning him about Mettas' state of mind and for him to remember that devastating elbow that Harden took. And that Ron-Ron won't hesitate to crack him once to. But yes, put'em in you mouth = laying hands on him... Preferably to the facial region.

He doesn't need to be punching anyone right now, the next thing we don't need is a big suspension and you know STERN is itching to do it.

Captain Jack should know better not to tweet like that. All those NBA players' social media public accounts can be seen by league officials among all!!!! ![]() I hope Jack gets well very soon and come back to focus on the BBall court not any other distractions. ![]() BTW I read yesterday that OKC Front Office did not want to keep Harden after last season because of Harden's immature comments or gestures that lead the Lakers MWP (Meta World Peace or truly he is the Meta Anti World Peace IMO.... ) elbow and suspension of MWP last PO.We all know how those bad arse Ibaka *And Harden when he was in OKC last year* had won over the Spurs in that OKC series.... But Jack needs to keep quiet until we meet them this Playoff and pay them back on the court. ![]() Spurs already won OKC in the beg of the season at the Home opener fair and square and Spurs will meet them OKC on Dec 17th in Oklahoma. This one will be the one we Def Need to see our Spurs Kill those OKC at their tough HOME.!

| I just assumed it meant he would play aggressive and maybe give him a nice elbow in the jaw, not that. Yikes. That makes it bad.
