Surveying the NBA landscape, Michael Cooper provided a bold prediction. "The Lakers are about to win the championship four years in a row," Cooper said in a phone interview. Cooper, who played for the Lakers from 1978-90, laughed when reminded that former Lakers coach Pat Riley guaranteed a Lakers' repeat during the 1987 NBA championship parade. Well let's see. In 4 years, Steve Nash will be 42, Kobe will be 38, Metta World Peace will be 37 and Antawn Jamison will be 40. Oh yes, and by the way, Nash is doubtful for their next game. |

Whatever...actually it does my heart good to see them lose, I was actually cheering for Dallas in the first game. I can almost tolerate them now that Jason Terry is no longer on the roster.
