This really pains me to say this, because I generally dislike Barkley the way I dislike diarrhea and the smell of rotting eggs, but I agree with him. For the most part, other then his basketball persona he seems like a good enough dude. He brought most of the hate on himself, and he knows that now. And he really is a great player despite my disdain for his style and media antics as they relate to Bball.

I agree alh, but I feel like the pressure is still there after talking about 7 or 8 championships. he has to at least win multiple to feel like he made good on what he said ya know? Thats the way i look at it at least. if they hadnt said that then i think it would be a different story, but when you say you are going to do something, and you devote an ESPN orchestrated circus to televise it, it adds a lot of pressure to make good.
