Why does everyone love Nocioni

I don't understand why everyone is clamoring for Nocioni. The guy is 32, hasn't played more than 20 mpg in 3 years, isn't long and athletic, and isn't better than any of the SF's we have now.

Why are all of you in love with Nocioni?

If he were on the team, we wouldn't have done any better

IMHO.

I wanted him before but not now. They are set at SF in my view.

Exactly but also the fact he's scrappy. His issue recently has been health and when healthy, he can certainly contribute. This year playin for Philly he was injured majority of the year. For the vet minimum he's be worth it and you cannot deny that

Not sure I understand why this topic was posted. Haven't seen anyone mention Nocioni on this board.

I did for the vet minimum but if that were the case, that wouldn't be viewed as a steal. The guy has battles injuries the past few seasons and I'm sure willing to show he can contribute and be a valuable addition. SJax is older yet valuable and im sure Nocioni can do the same with a full training camp

Well, he doesn't really fill a need and is clearly on the downside of his career, so why waste the money? They need more length and more athleticism. Again. For the 4th year in a row.
