Game rewind: Healthy ‘Big Three’ powers Spurs to victory

The Spurs haven’t had Manu Ginobili, Tim Duncan and Tony Parker healthy and together very often during the playoffs in the last several seasons.

Ginobili has battled an assortment of injuries over the years, most recently a broken elbow in last season’s playoffs that was a major factor in the Spurs’ upset series loss to Memphis in six games.

The last time they have been as healthy and rested coming into a playoff series was in the 2010 first round against Dallas.

But rest at the end of the season helped all of them prepare for the start of the playoffs with strong results Sunday afternoon.
