Antoine/Antwan Walker

He's in the D League up in Idaho. He's big and he's got skills. Anything left in the tank? Worth a look?

Is there an option on the NBA pay scale where the player has to pay the team to play?

I haven't seen the guy play: I'm just askin' a question...

What's interesting is that he's seen how rough things can be and the wake-up call may have knocked the "attitude" out of him. Glen Robinson came in here late a few years ago and was a significant piece to the puzzle for a few months... Just musing.

Glen Robinson filled a void, Antoine is what we consider a big? or a retread to Robert Horry?

Robinson filled a 3rd string void for us. Walker, who's a SF/PF tweener is only good in that tweener role if he's athletic and can rebound. he's way too old and way over his prime

Nothing wrong with Walker. He just has a gambling addiction. We don't have casinos in SA, so he might be fine

I believe there is an old expression......."All money aint good money". Just because he once played in the NBA.......years ago......has been out of the NBA game.......for years......doesn't mean he's a good fit for the Spurs. I'd like to see him on the Mavs tho.
