Official: Seahawks 'very close' to signing Carroll

SEATTLE (AP) -- Seahawks chief executive officer Tod Leiweke was in Los Angeles on Sunday to speak with Pete Carroll about becoming Seattle's next coach, and it looks as if the talks have intensified.
