St. Louis Rams get top pick in NFL draft for first time since '97

The St. Louis Rams, who finished with the worst record in the NFL at 1-15, have the No. 1 overall pick in April's draft. It is the first time the Rams will have the No. 1 overall pick since 1997, when they traded up to take tackle Orlando Pace.
