Court Vision: Players gear up for CBA fight
 

?*The NBA players’ union has filed a charge with the National Labor Relations Board*claiming the league has failed to bargain in good faith so far in the talks over a new collective bargaining agreement. Lawrence Katz, the lawyer who filed the complaint with the union, explained the process to me, and suffice it to say for now that it is a complicated and long one.
