Glitch on the change Avatar (Unable to move/copy file)

Perhaps you guys can fix this glitch everytime I try to upload the picture from my computer or through hosted picture link from image shack, the screen would say "Unable to move/copy file"

And I know my picture is either 100x100 or smaller or 19k or smaller...

So what is up with that!
I can change my signature but not my avatar!

It had been almost a week since I started trying every day to no avail.....

Anyway can that glitch be fixed?

ok.. looks like the IT guy fixed it.

I uploaded your avitar then deleted it.

See if you can upload it through the User Manager.
