Premiere Radio Networks host Rush Limbaugh will appear in cartoon form -- and even sing --- in the coming season of Fox TV's "Family Guy." The typically left-leaning show will invite Republicans including Karl Rove to tackle the show's liberal dog who's grown bored with the Obama Administration.
