A jury was to resume deliberations Tuesday in the trial of a man charged with groping a woman portraying Minnie Mouse at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Fla.
John W. Moyer, 60, of Cressona, Pa., was charged with misdemeanor battery for the June incident.
The victim, Brittney D. McGoldrick, testified Monday in Orange County Court that she pushed Moyer away from her to stop him, The Orlando Sentinel reported Tuesday.
"My first reaction I just pushed him down. I was doing everything I could to get his hands off my breasts," McGoldrick said.
Jurors began deliberating Monday.
"We're just hoping for the only fair and just verdict in this case, which is 'not guilty,'" Moyer's attorney, Zahra S. Umansky, told the Sentinel.
