I'm scratching my head, trying to figure out whether this is bad news for the kids.

I would think they would be relieved. But on the other hand then the Jackson family would really have no right to keep them. Then on the other hand we have this "Debbie Rowe" who sold them. Will the courts give them back to her only to have her turn around and sell them back to the Jackson family? :shrug

She should've kept her mouth shut--out of respect for Michael, his family, and especially the children.
