Tax Stimulus idea
 

There are 305,695,788+ people living in the United States.
Obama proposes a 825 billion dollar Tax stimulus.

Why not this?
A million dollar plus towards each US citizen, legal working residents.

How to use the money.

500,000 to be used for health, dental, vision.
400,000 to be used for retirement.
100,000 cash upfront, help the economy by spending. No one in their right mind would sit on this much cash especially if 400,000 is waiting to be used for retirement. If you ask why so much for retirement? People should be able to travel, explore the world ;o)

ps. not alot of thought was giving into this but hey it could work but just wishful thinking.
