Marijuana is legal in Alaska? I didn't before I moved here. You can carry up to four ounces on you at any given time.  So how many of you will be moving here and when?

Three reasons your cuz may have been locked up: 1. He's a dealer and works in large amounts or purchased a large amount- that's a no no 2. The timing. It's been an on again off again law that seems to change with every new state congress. 3. Where he used it. It's not allowed in public, while driving, etc. It is legal. You can look it up. There are just a lot of restrictions.
