yeah we do....we just don't wrap them or put them in bags....back in college we had a tradition that on your birthday...you had to buy your best friend a gift and vice versa.

guys exchange gifts all the time ... like when I got my buddy a date with an exotic dancer who was working her way though cosmetology school. he was practically moved to tears. as for wrapping stuff up and making it look all pretty guys do that as well ...only they're called homosexuals.

Have you seen that Bud Light commercial where all the guys wrapped up 24 packs of Bud? Everytime the guy opens one they all go AAAWWWW!!! Funniest commercial I've seen in a while.

Buying and receiving gifts doesn't boost our self esteem the way it does for women. We don't need gifts to feel a relationship validated. For guys, our friendship is validated when a friend will "jump" into a fight with you
