Alton Brown rocks, I love his shows, because he's always dissecting food scientifically...which is awesome to me...although not all surprising considering I was thinking about going into Cullinary Arts.

yeah i like alton brown also. good eats is a cool show. i like the traveling chef dude. the guy with ear ring who is always drinking and smoking.

Is William Shatner still the host? I remember he did the first episode, then I didn't see it on anymore. Shatner was hilarious!!!
