Funniest movies of All-time

Did anyone see that warped list of the best funny movies ever last weekend. I couldn't watch it all since there were so many of my favorites in the 50-70 range and strong slant towards more recent crappy movies(South Park). Still I can't help but wonder where's the Abbot and Costello movies? Duck Soup? And the funniest thing I ever saw in a theatre, Richard Pryor Live concert movie?

i can't take anyone who says that the 'south park' movie is crap too seriously.

it's one of the funniest movies of ever.

but for my two cents, i would vote 'spaceballs' and 'dumb and dumber'

I can see how someone wouldn't enjoy South Park, or how it would be overrated compared to things like Some Like It Hot, Young Frankenstein, or Dr. Strangelove. Where were those on the list? Strangelove has to be the funniest thing I've ever seen.

I saw this on Bravo.

It was a given to know that Animal House would be the #1 funniest movie.

that list is not a real list.....

anyone who knows anything knows that Monty Python and the Holy Grail is at least top ten (my top 3) of all time.......no way should "dodgeball" be ahead of holy grail......

heck, dodgeball should not be on the list.

and Austin Powers at 41??? I call bull crap.

Good call. Much of the comedy on that list is predicated on Holy Grail.

SOOO true. A def top 10. Has to be under 30 year olds making the bulk of whoever was asked to rank these movies. Still Legally Blonde antwhere near a 'best ever' list is the greatest travesty (if they excluded concert movies)

I've never seen The Party, but I'll agree with you on the other three.
