I got to play the Wii.. it was really good. I really enjoyed it. I played Madden, Metroid Prime 3, Super Mario.
The nintendo line was really LONG. I waited 3 hrs to get into the Wii booth lol.

Here are some pics:

It's really precise and both the wii-mote and the nunchuku have motion sensors.

In Metroid, there was a part where I need to open a locked door. To do this, I aimed and locked onto the 'key' and then I used the wiimote to pull it, turn it and then push it back. There were also parts where I need to grapple and pull. So, basically, there are grapple icons (like on an enemy's shield or a gate), where you have to lock onto it and then you flick the nunchuku to throw an 'electric hook' and then you pull down the joystick. You can feel the rumble feedback as you're pulling it down, just like you're pulling something from an enemy or pulling a heavy gate. ^^

In Madden, if you want to pass, you just have to press the right button (depending on which receiver you want) and then flick your wii-mote. The speed of the pass depends on how hard you flick the wiimote. The running game is really fun too. To juke/lower body movements, you have to move the nunchuku left or right. I think the upper body movement(I don't quite remember), you move your wii-mote left or right. If you want to power your way through an opposing player, you have to push your wiimote and nunchuku at the same time forward. It's really intuitive. It's like you're really playing football.

I thought the Wii was a blast to play. I tried Madden NFL 2007 on it... the expereience with the remote setup was quite amazing. I think it really improves the game.

There is the classic controller. It has similar set-up to the SNES controller + 2 joysticks.

btw how was the controllers precision?
i know some people feel like you will have to flail your arms all over the place to control the game eyes the same people who say they wont get it because you will get arthritis
i guess they dont know the same can be said about the current controllers and pc keyboard/mouse.

It's really precise and no, you don't have to flail your arms all over the place lol.
I was really surprise as to how accurate the controller was. It's like I was pointing a laser pointer to the tv and moving it around.

Alot of the pictures taken by my sites reps and I and the analysis are up on effectu.com.
All four articles up on the first page are about E3. You can also click on the e3 2006 coverage icon on the right to see a list of the articles. We should have more video up soon... right now we have one showing how absurdly long the Wii line was, you can find it in this article: link.
