Well, I've had to drop all of my classes this semester out at UTSA, so that means I get to come out of my study stupor to join the fun and games here at the Cantina once again...at least until the fall semester starts.

yeah that was me. i so totally fell of the band wagon. i started going to school full-time while working full-time, stopped exercising, started eating fast food again, and started having major health problems again. so now i'm back to square one once again. ugh. had a major breakdown and that's why i dropped all my classes. i took on way too much at one and now i'm starting my cycle all over again *sigh* but enough boo hooing from me. some day i'll get my act together. just dont know when yet.

I'm almost in the exact same boat. Full time school, almost full time work, family, chores, no free time, losing sleep, cutting two classes to catch up in one, etc. ... eventually you just shut down. Dropped one class and I think I can save this semester, but yeah you don't realize how f***** you are until about two months in (especially with engineering). I'm definitely going to 3/4 time from now on... Well, good luck getting back on top!

Hey Ganuple....I was on here the other day and thought about you. I remember 'talking' to you about ww. I'm at a standstill on my weight loss but not really trying either. I lost 24 lbs on ww and am maintaining but I can't get motivated again. It is so easy and cheap to eat BAD. Anyway, glad to see you back on. I can totally relate to you when you talk about taking on too much. I try to do too much and it just stresses me out and makes me unhappy. Maybe the warm weather will get me outside again. I'd like to spend some quiet time, walking and clearing my brain of all the junk that doesn't matter. |

My wife's due to graduate in December at UTSA..........the last couple of years have been stressful to say the least. There's been times she's wanted to drop classes, but the thought of being in school longer makes her stay. All I can say is hang tough.....
