By Borys Kit Wed Aug 24, 2:19 AM ET LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) - Peter Krause, one of the stars of HBO's "Six Feet Under," has booked his first post-series project. Krause will star in "Civic Duty," an independent feature about an accountant obsessed with terrorist plots and cable news who is shaken when an Islamic graduate student moves in next door. Shooting is set to start next month in Vancouver. Egyptian actor Khaled Abol Naga plays the student, and Jeff Renfroe directs. Krause will also serve as an executive producer. The most recent film appearance for Krause, who also starred in the short-lived "Sports Night," was last year's "We Don't Live Here Anymore." He landed two Emmy nominations for his work on "Six Feet Under," which ended its five-year run Sunday. Krause's character, Nate Fisher, was killed off a few episodes beforehand.
