The Spiderman and Spiderman2 games are both fun, although the replay value on the first one is pretty limited.

I personally really enjoy Elder Scrolls III : Morrowind. Its really long, and a bit glitchy, but if you don't mind first-person perspective games in an RPG context, its pretty cool.

Doom III should be out soon, which will doubtless be fun, but I wonder if the load-times on the now-antiquated Xbox processor will make it a drag to play. The PC version is definitely good, though. If occasionally too dark to see anything in...

How bout getting some ESPN games? They're $20 so you can get like 5, excluding tax of course. I got College Hoops, NFL, and NHL 2K5 and they're pretty good. Didn't really like NBA 2K5 but others like it, so you might too.

Personally, I love soccer and I'm waiting for Winning Eleven 8. Should come out Tuesday, last I checked.

Because there is not game other then Halo 2 worth buying right now for the XBOX. I say either wait for the XBOX 2 or get a bad ass video card both are more than $100 but $100 off a 6800GT is worth a lot more then buying some games to a system they will be gone in a year.

But of course I am more into getting the lastest greatest stuff.

Mercenaries looks pretty cool. The commercials have a satirical humor that I appreciate and the game has gotten pretty good reviews.
