Key Lime Tarts
Recipe courtesy Paula Deen

Ingredients

24 Key Lime Cooler cookies
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons lime juice, preferably key lime
1 teaspoon lime zest
Fresh sweetened whipped cream
Mint leaves or lime zest, for garnish

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. ]

Fill 2 (12-muffin) mini muffin tins with paper cups and spray cups with cooking spray. Place 1 Key Lime Cooler cookie in the bottom of the cup, flat side down.

Prepare filling. Beat together cream cheese, egg, sugar, lime juice, and zest until well mixed. Fill the cups to the top. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove tarts to cool. When completely cool, fit a star tip in a pastry bag and fill with the whipped cream. Pipe the whipped cream on top of the tarts. Garnish with tiny mint leaves or lime zest.

Do I sound like a "wife" already?

Thanks for sharing, lady! Sounds delicious and easy to make. Even easier if you use Redi-Whip (shoot me, I'm just too lazy to whip cream myself). Is there a brand name I should be looking for Key Lime Cooler cookies?

that lady cooks shtuff that'll clog your arteries just by watching. not to be picky though, but shouldn't this thread be titled something like "what i'm making" or "pie recipe"? i thought this thread was gonna be about the actual channel or a show on the channel. oh and, again not to be picky, but it's foodTV....;)

Is It Really Better Than Sex? Cake

Difficulty: Easy
Prep Time: 30 minutes
Inactive Prep Time: 2 hours
Cook Time: 45 minutes
Yield: 16 to 20 servings

1 (18.25-ounce) box yellow cake mix, plus ingredients to prepare
1 (20-ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 1/3 cups sugar
1 (3.4-ounce) box French vanilla pudding, plus ingredients to prepare
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup flaked, sweetened toasted coconut

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Prepare yellow cake mix as directed using a greased 13 by 9 by 2-inch pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. While cake is baking, combine the pineapple and 1 cup of sugar in a saucepan, and bring to a boil over medium heat stirring constantly. Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.

That is a great show, especially when you come in from a long night of drinking.

There is a drinking game associated with the show too. You may be able to find the rules on line somewhere. I heard you can get pretty messed up depending what is said and shown on the particular episode.

I'll see if I can find the rules.

EDIT -> I found the rules to THE IRON CHEF DRINKING GAME
