100% agree. But lawsuit worthy? Nope. Let the NBA buy him tix to another game next year. If he makes it that long. Plus, if he is sick and whatever...is being in the lower stands of a LOUD, ROWDY sport stadium the best place for him to be? Dirk should Say "Sorry." maybe even the Mavs buy him Tix...but that's where it should end.
