If the old man was looking for a lawsuit or money, he would have sought medical assistance while he was at the game instead of going home. Give him a break. He just wants an apology. If he does require medical assistance, dirk should be man enough to offer to pay the bills. No one expects a ball to hit them in the face AFTER the game was concluded and people are leaving.
